Bugonia gained a lot of points for me because the ending kinda slaps, in contrast to Poor Things/The Favourite which both felt like they kinda petered out about half an hour too long

Mr. Lanthimos you have gained my cautious respect even though I did not like Poor Things or the Lobster much at all. (The Favourite was good though.)

speaking of this I put on two layers of spf 50 sunscreen but I forgot that I am taking two (2!) different medications that increase vulnerability to sun damage so I still turned pink 😔

they genuinely add so much aesthetically and functionally.... it doesn't actually feel that hot and I'm sure part of it is because of the trees. but also the lovely ambiance
