positive impact for RU is only equal to the difference between price at which it would be selling energy to non EU vs EU so probably a fraction of this - say 20% ? And EU would pay more on energy bill so have less $ to give to Ukraine otherwise l. And Russia - so far- a cash rich to fund war anyway
