I was a Republican most of my life, and after a lot of research, found out I was wrong. Now Im as blue as you get. There truly is no zealot quite like a convert.
Why dont we just run on making America fun again? Republicans are against weed, porn, sex for fun (even for married couples), sodomy (which technically includes a bj from your wife), being insured (so you cant take risks), etc. Republicans want to make like boring AF. That should be for gen z.

A little 4 year old kid only repeats what he has heard his parents say. If Elon's kid told Trump that he isnt the President, its because he heard Elon say that Trump isnt the President. Its like hearing a parrot say, "skwak, Trump isnt the real President, skwak".

Imagine you were given a choice, Presidency or prison. Wouldnt you lie and make promises you couldnt possibly keep? In normal times, the public would see through it. But Trump was desperate. It was either make impossible promises, or die in prison. I guess i would have done the same thing.

Everyone needs to call their 401k representatives and make sure to sell any stock in Tesla you might have. If your 401k is self-directed that is. Im telling them to go to the safest investments. Bonds or whatever it is. Im going to protect myself from the fall.

So im thinking of redirecting all of my 401k into a company called Respironics. They are the only makers of the iron lung. If Robert Kennedy (not deserving of the RFK moniker) gets his way, that company will be just printing money.

I think I just made the decision that there will be no Christmas gifts next year. I'll put up a tree, maybe have people over, but I'll be damned if I let Christianity be the reason for more billionaires. Christ find it immoral for 1 to have 5 houses and 4 people that are homeless at the same time.

So lets say Trump is right, and China pays the tariff. He wants 200% tariff, so China would GIVE us $100 of shirts for free, and then give us another $100 dollars? WHAT COUNTRY WOULD DO THAT? How can he insult his supporter's intelligence that much, and never pay any price for it?

Why cant we call private insurance what it is? It is socialism for profit. Its whole bunch of people pooling their money together to pay for the few that are sick. If we started calling it socialism for profit, maybe people would not demonize social programs.

What about the words, "those that dont study history, are doomed to repeat it" sounds like something to look forward to, instead of a warning? Did Hollywood just make the Depression look so cool, that people said we should try that again?

Why is it that a law that applies to people is called a law, But a law that applies to businesses is called a regulation? Its because you cant physically punish a business with jail or the death penalty, you can only fine them. How is this not the main argument that corporations are not people?

According to Republicans, your paycheck is wealth redistribution. Its you taking money from your rich employer. Did YOU get to set that rate? No your employer did. The only way we get to sell our labor for fair market value is through unions. That means that unions are capitalistic.

In modern history, we keep alternating parties. R to D to R to D. Each President takes credit for the good and blames the bad on their predecessor. Thats why periods like 1896-1932 and 1932-1968 are so important. You get to see the long term affects of the party's policies.
