I understand that archive.org is not blocked by the UK government but by the British Board of Film Classifications. It's not blocked by all UK isps but only by service providers who subscribe to the BBFC's list.

No need to worry about measles outbreaks! If doctors aren't trained to identify it on melanated skin, it doesn't exist, right? No need to worry about sickle cell any more, it doesn't affect wyt people, so everyone's equal! Thallasemia? They should just reduce their salt intake! *headdeskheadesk*
