Attempted a Jalapeño Cheddar Bread yesterday. Sadly though it barely rose at all >.> But that could either be because of the weird recipe I followed, or the fact that I used Pickeled Jalapeños rather than fresh…hmmm

Welp, I burned 70 bells and hit pity only to get another Beernox…but luckily I got plenty of extra pulls in the Extra Points shop and managed to get him on my next 10 Pull!

Macaroon attempt #2
Turned out MUCH better. Decided to weigh the ingredients rather than go by standard measurements and baked a bit longer. Resulted in a nice crisp shell that I’ve sandwiched with a whipped chocolate ganache :3
Oh and they are strawberry flavored! :D

Needed to bake longer, made them too big, potentially should have sieved the flour mixture more or could have used another egg white.
Otherwise? The texture was pretty good! Me and the wuff are gonna try a strawberry version tomorrow 🤤
