It annoys me a little that I realized I was making my burnout worse by giving all my energy to mental health communities for like years & then just did it again in a different way. They were really not fucking around when they said you’ll drown if you don’t build yourself up first.

As my energy slowly recovers, I notice my inspiration is gone. No desire to write, complete anything, continue building on these projects. Really I just want more time in music venues to dance & sing & not make anything or help anyone. Like, that’s it. Rest. And get out of here.

I went to see my first live gig in 5 years by the end and started the year with another, did some art stuff, arcade, movie theatre. I’m noticing a big shift in my energy as I reduce how much online stuff I let in as well as shift my diet vegan, allow myself real actual rest.
