Self employed gardener and philosopher. Socialism is in my blood. My great grandfather had Kier Hardie’s cap on the mantelpiece.
Heading nervously at full speed to my 60th.
The cats are going mad this evening. Up and down the curtains and bouncing around the furniture. Then Jura appears in the door with a live mouse and shoots behind the curtain. Mouse rescued with a flying leap by Mrs T with a plastic dish and an anniversary card. What better use.

As Nigel Farage makes Robert Jenrick his Shadow Chancellor, here's a quick reminder of the sort of man Reform wants to put in charge of the nation's finances

Five deers wandering around the field behind our house. If anyone fancies moving to north Nottinghamshire and having this view and an acre and a half of lawn veg beds, fruit trees, chickens and a three bedroom three reception house under two hours from King’s Cross and just an hour from Sheffield…

My darling wife, who I love the very bones of, has given up chocolate for February. She told me if she craves something sweet she dips her finger in the honey jar. Now she’s mad at me for laughing. My poor innocent angel. I’m sorry.

This is absolutely hilarious from #PMQs today.

Ayoub Khan MP says rubbish is "building right beneath my very nose" as he looks down at the Reform MPs sitting below him

"It's becoming a serious problem in Birmingham"

Early start today. Try and get in to shop early rather than my usual lunchtime. Wife off work today too so we can get everything sorted and home early. 10 am and still nowhere near leaving. Her clients are ignoring the out of office and saying it’s urgent. Bet it’s not.

It’s obviously Mrs Jenrick hot footed it up from home in Herefordshire to see if she can find out what the fuck her husband has done.

WTF Aldi? Advertising vegetables at 25p as good news for shoppers when they were 5p last week!

I think what I’m looking for is Starmer saying Trump called him earlier in the day to say he was going to attack Venezuela and that he advised him against it. Telling him that it made him the same type of dictator as Putin. If the attack went ahead there would be sanctions. Strong ones.

Chatted to my great uncle yesterday – a northern, working-class guy, not that political. I told him my job involved exposing Farage.

His first question was: “who funds him?”

Investigations into Farage’s donors can have a major impact on Reform’s support – as this research has already shown 👇

The labrador this morning was snuffling in my jacket pocket. The Mrs asks have you got biscuits in there. No just a lighter and some smoke bombs I replied showing her. At no point was she surprised or ask what
I was doing with them.
