No, my mentioning of “human” was for brevity’s sake. That individual creatures have distinct personalities and reactions to the world around them indicates a level of sentience and therefore a bespoke sense of qualia. The ability to experience is essential to sentience

It’s not. The examples aren’t as nuanced as they could be, but the ability to ~experience~ is an inherently important, if not THE most important element of true sentience. Experience, and thereby qualia, is the backbone of… hell, all of what makes us human.

While more accurate, I think that this will cause a lot of people to write off your arguments by association, and call you “mad cuz you’re jealous you’re not rich like them.” In my limited experience Epstein Class makes those same people deeply, catastrophically uncomfortable to defend them.

The policy that games sold in Japan must be censored globally is not CERO’s Policy. It’s not AdHoc’s policy. It’s not Sony’s policy, it’s NINTENDO’S policy. It has always been NINTENDO’S policy.

But it CAN’T be just CERO and AdHoc, because Sony also operates under CERO in Japan and has a bespoke version of the game made by AdHoc that has permanent censorship, but toggled censorship in global markets. Switch is the only platform where it is permanently censored globally

Yes. This is the exact thing people are complaining about. The Dong is region locked… on all platforms except the Switch, where it is fully censored in all regions. This is blatant hypocrisy, because the Switch also has porn games.
