The "nose kiss" is the so-called "Eskimo kiss." Considering that Snezhnaya is cold, I think they have something like that.

"King Frost" is a reference to the character from slavic fairy tales, "Father Frost" (or Morozko). I slightly changed his name so the reference wouldn't be too obvious.

Regarding the phrase "Let the touchy ones carry water" - it's nearly a literal translation of the russian proverb. Considering that one of Tartaglia's talents mentions how Snezhnaya has almost no water, I found this rather funny.
