"Bullshit semantics" muddies our message. For exampleAn "assault rifle ban" wouldnt get the AR 15 off the streets. Nor would it do anything to stop the 5.56 "ordinance" or even larger rounds from being used. Nor would it stop the 5,000+ pistol deaths per year, 998 rifle deaths. Words have meanings.

Please please Pleasseeee. Stop using AR15 as your boogeyman gun. Its a specific model from a specific brand. And worst of all its not even an assault rifle!!!!! Just say guns. Pistols are by far and wide used in more gun deaths. As they are much much easier to conceal.
