And here's a list syncing to a OPML file. Sync file is pretty flexible: Text figures can sync with md files; list, mind map, and stack collections can sync with lists in md, opml, or taskpaper files; table collections can sync with tables in md, csv, or tsv files.

Here's a mind map live syncing with an external markdown file located in an Obsidian iCloud-hosted vault which is also being edited using both Obsidian and BBEdit. Notice changes from any will be instantly reflected in the others.

You can control the gaps between rows, columns, and figures, and optionally control the width of specific columns. Resize the width of the composition and the columns resize and adjust their contained figures. You can also enable row separators of various styles.

A composition is made up of one or more independent rows, with each row having one or more columns, and each column having one or more stacked figures. As you drag in a figure, guides let you know if it would insert as a new row, new column, or new item within a column. youtu.be/ANu3Na8TmQI?...
Composition figure drag-and-drop
Curio 29's new composition collection figure allows you to organize and arrange regular figures like text, images, and web links as well as collection figures like lists, mind maps, stacks, and tables. A composition starts with one or more rows, each row is made up of one or more columns, each column is made up of one or more stacked figures. Rows are completely independent so one could have just one column, another three columns, and another five columns. It's all up to you. Easily drag-and-drop figures around to insert new rows, columns, or an item within a column. When you release, the composition takes care of resizing and laying everything out. This video demonstrates the guide lines that appear so you can see where the item will be placed.
