I don't think they realize most of those deposits are in Russian occupied areas of Ukraine. So they're extorting Ukraine for things they don't even have access to. The ignorance is breathtaking.
So let's get this straight: The U.S. and Elon are now extorting Ukraine and threatening to turn off their Starlink Internet access unless they give their critical rare earth minerals to the United States? Staggering levels of corruption.
