I agree, but the security of a free state is not dependent solely on a well-regulated militia.
While I advocate for the right to own whatever guns you want, I also stress that it be *responsible* ownership.

I’ve always interpreted it as “everyone has the right to possess the means by which they may defend themselves.” However, this ability to cause bodily harm is just as much a responsibility as is it a right.

I care too, but these jackholes voted in the guy *again* after seeing what happened the first time. At a certain point, I’m happy to let them get what they wanted…except a lot of other people have to live with it too.
