I wasn't enthusiastic about turning 30. I felt quite awful about it actually. I feel like I don't fit mentally with my idea of what someone who's 30 "should be like". But, I'm still gonna deal with the shittier parts of me and try to be better. I'll stumble, I'll want to give up, but I'll keep going

Okay, I need to say "Fuck you" to my brain more. Instead of letting myself think depressing and self-deprecating shit to keep me down and out, I literally got up out of bed, did 15 minutes of exercise and feel not only energy but feel much better. I am alive and ready to greet the world.
