whats messed up in hindsight is that near the end they talked to us and wanted to get dinner with us before we moved out. but they never really apologized for the previous 8 months

while i wasn't a good partner to them near the end and would now do things differently and should have accepted breaking things off sooner, i don't think i or anyone deserves this. cutting someone off is one thing, doing it when you're former partners and living together is another

to be clear there are other reasons i was already struggling with this but i think the experience solidified it as a long term problem for me.

about a month in to being ignored i asked why they were doing it and got a couple reasons. one of the reasons was about a skeet i made they misinterpreted negatively about things but they didn't believe me. then came the next 7 months of silence unless they needed something

like, it is, technically, possible to use it in a way that's not deeply unhealthy, but i think the people that the industry preys upon either don't know that or don't care. stuff is awful for you if it's become a habit. and the industry preys on that. i guess thats my best reason
