The idea is that the players whose turn it is to act chooses a target. That target has options bases on their skills / class. they can then also choose to take select actions now that they are engaged with. They can also choose to hold till their turn and not use any points till their turn.

I have a few of my creative friends involved in the process and once we create our system, we plan to write the first setting to use it. This setting will be based around a solar punk style fantasy world that takes a lot inspiration from the concepts of alternate plains and "natural" magicks.
