Opening **10 beta tester spots** for Inner Compass.

For builders with too many ideas / too few finishes.

You’ll get tailored project options → explore → pick a clear next action.

My solution is to build a personal growth & distribution co-pilot that decides where my attention goes.
Building in public and getting initial followers seems super tricky. Very time-, focus-, and energy-consuming for an introvert with ADHD who usually avoids social media. I feel like I’m spending hours scrolling, losing attention, and getting no results. Does this resonate with people on here?

Prepping my first tester loop.

Before imminent sharing, adding an in-app feedback modal + a “smart prompt”
(after 2 suggestion generations or ~5 min in-app).

Goal: capture the “wtf” moments while they’re fresh.

Added ability to edit your profile without redoing everything.

Change your tech stack, risk posture, or capability map. Suggestions adapt.

Before: redo onboarding to update anything.
After: quick edits, instant feedback.

Small UX win. Big quality of life improvement.

First complete flow

Shipped: profile → suggestions → exploration → decision.

The full loop works end-to-end.

Hardest part: making AI prompts consistent. Each suggestion needs effort, tech match, demand signal, uniqueness.

Getting there. Still rough. But it works.

Local-first architecture

Core decision: profile data lives in your browser (IndexedDB).

Why: privacy by default, instant load, works offline.

Using Dexie.js for IndexedDB wrapper. TypeScript support is solid.

Only using Supabase for auth + usage tracking. Everything else is local.

Day 1: defining what actually matters.

MVP: builder profile + AI suggestions + project exploration → decision.

Not building: social features, feeds, complex tagging.

Building: the shortest path from "too many ideas" to "clear next action".

Building in public now.

Scariest part for me. I love building but hate sharing. I'll tinker for weeks then quietly move on.

This time is different.

Inner Compass: helps you decide what to build next when you have too many ideas and finish too few.
