Gerson: No problem, kiddo! Though I sure can’t wait to see how crazy it’ll get when everyone finds out about THE RETURN OF OUR PRI-! (Before Gerson finishes the sentence, he turns to the door and finds the entire crowd of monsters, staring at him in silence after he shouted. Temmie is signing their names on the list. Frisk, thinking fast, quickly grabs MK to return inside the shop and prevent Asriel from coming out. Gerson stares at everyone nervous.) Gerson: P- pr- pri- pri… (Gerson quickly takes out a small cart with tea bags, crab apples and other merchandise.) Gerson: PRICES!!! L-low prices…! at our store…! Y’all sure don’t wanna miss the chance to get some of this stuff for the trip, fellas! Wa ha haaa… ha… heh... (After a brief silence, the crowd pays no mind to Gerson's merch and goes back to chatter with each others. Gerson takes the chance to go back inside the shop with the kids. MK is on the ground after Frisk pushed them inside, unfazed. Frisk is holding their hand on their chin, thoughtfully) Gerson: (holding his heartbeat) Well that was close… Frisk: Dang it, I completely forgot about the queue… We ended up giving them enough time to reach the checkpoint Asriel: There's no way to get pass them now! How do we get out of here?! (Frisk then hits their hand with their fist as in an "eureka!" pose) Frisk: Hold up, I’ve got an idea! (Frisk goes outside the shop, passing through the crowd of monsters who pay them no mind. They grab the Dimensional Box outside the shop, and come back inside. After Frisk lifted the box, it revealed a Temmie dressed like Solid Snake underneath it.) (Frisk opens the box) Frisk: Aha! I knew I left some of this stuff here! (Frisk takes out all the ARMOR they kept during the game) Frisk: We can make you a disguise with these! Asriel: Nice! So which one do I wear? Frisk: Yes Asriel: Wha-? LATER (We get a transition panel of the Annoying Dog chasing the Legendary Artifact. The group has exited the shop, going pass the crowd unnoticed) Frisk: (looking smug) See? Told ya they wouldn’t recognize you (We cut to see Asriel's disguide. He's wearing the cloudy glasses, the cowboy hat and manly bandanna on his head, the red ribbon on his right ear, the temmie armor and the old tutu, and the stained apron as a cape; all of this wrapped with a bunch of bandages. He's also visibly annoyed at Frisk's design choices.) MK: *Pfffjsjsjsjs…* (Trying to hold their laugh) Y… you look N-NEAT, bro… Asriel: How’s any of this supposed to NOT bring attention? Frisk: Hey, it works as long as they don’t focus on your goat face. Asriel: I feel ridiculous wearing this… Gerson: Oh relax, chump, you don’t look that bad! Asriel: (Turns at Gerson, cheered up by his words) …You really think so-? (As soon as Asriel turns around, Gerson takes the chance to take a photo of him with an old camera, while also holding his laugh.) (Gerson takes out the instant photo and begins to laugh shamelessly.) Gerson: This one’s going down history books! PFFWHAAAH HA HA HA HA!!! Ohhh imma show this to your mother once we get out of this hole, she’s gonna love it! HA!!! (Asriel sits humiliated in the corner. Frisk tries to comfort him without success.) Gerson: (cleaning his tears of laughter) Ahhh… Oh, and I’m definitely taking a picture of King Fluffybuns’ face when he sees you! Heh, Those two have been in a tense relationship for years, bringing back a dead son might as well be a good excuse for reconciliation. Heck, maybe they’ll even come back together! (in lower voice) HA! You wish, Asgore (Asriel stares back at Gerson annoyed by his prank. MK hears Gerson with an oblivious smile, and they asks Asriel "wait u dead?" (Gerson goes back to ramble about the Dreemurrs, smiling with the good memories.) Gerson: Back like ol’ times, always going around holding hands… …Showing that bit of “perfect family” complex… …Kissing and nuzzling… in public… …With all those uncomfortable love-giving sounds… (…) (As Gerson realizes those memories aren't really that happy, his smile slowly fades away, to instead become annoyed.)

Frisk shouts from the distance. Frisk: Hey, Gerson! Gerson: Hmm? Who the barnacles…? Gerson looks at the pair approaching him, seeing them blurry because of the distance. He takes a quick look through his glasses, only recognizing Frisk. Gerson: Oh hey, bucko! Sorry, imma bit busy right now. King Fluffybuns asked me to count the folks heading to the surface and keep track of the "mass displacement". Store’s closed at the moment, so I can’t sell you stuff. Frisk and Asriel stare at him in awkward silence, given Gerson has completely ignored Asriel's presence. Frisk: I’m, uh… sorry to hear… Hey, if I could introduce you to this friend of mine who’s- Gerson: Yeah yeah, just stay in line so I can put you on the list, please. All this paperwork’s giving me a headache. Frisk stares at Gerson frustrated, while Asriel get's nervous and unsure how to act. MK stares at Gerson like a fanboy. Gerson: (lower voice) *grrm* opens the barrier just to make me count a bunch of randos when I could be watching the sunshine after centuries selling junk on a cave… Gerson: Let’s see… the armless kid… (MK fanboy intensifies) Gerson: the human kid… (Frisk angrily points at Asriel. Asriel is saying "hi" shaking his hand slowly with an awkward smile) Gerson: (sips a cup of Sea Tea) and some other fuzzy fella who kinda reminds me of- PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF (Gerson spits the tea over a Temmie) Frisk: (inner monologue) Took you long enough… Gerson: *COUGH* *COUGH* *COOOUGH* HOLY CRAB APPLES I THINK I’M FINALLY GOING NUTS! ASGORE’S KID ALIVE ‘N KICKING!!! Gerson starts cleaning his magnifying glass *RUB RUB RUB* Asriel: I-it is nice to see you again, Mr. Boom-! (Gerson grabs Asriel by his shirt and checks him with the magnifying glass) Gerson: So my eyes AREN’T fooling me! It’s really you, son! BUT HOW?!' Asriel: I-I, uh… Gerson: Your parents saw you fade away in front of their eyes! You were gone! YOUR SOUL was gone! I-Is it even possible to-!? Frisk: Gerson, please! we’ll explain everything, you just need to calm down! Gerson: (extremely stressed) But… but it’s impossible, I… I saw it…! The dust scattered across the garden, I…! I saw how-! I-I saw how… Asriel: Gerson. It's me... (Asriel grabs Gerson's arm to calm him down) Asriel: I know it’s crazy, but it’s me… I’m alive… They all stay in silence for a few seconds. Gerson turns back to the desk and puts his hand on his forehead. Gerson: Your… your parents… They told me that… (Tears begin to fall on the desk)¡' …they saw you coming back from the surface... *sniff* carrying your sibling’s body- *sob* that you were hurt, and then… then you were gone… And now here you are, standing in front of me like nothing ever happened… heh… I’ve bin’ studying all kinds of stuff over the years, and I literally have no idea what the heck’s going on… Just… what on earth happened to you, prince Asriel…?
