Given how the Egg Pawn Rangers from Sonic Rumble have there own Blue Cowboy like member, I totally dig with the idea of the Heavy Sheriff. Great work on the design and color pallete as well! It really fits.
(I could also see a Heavy Bluster much like the Green Egg Pawn Ranger too :)

Well since it's been a day, LETS GO HADES REPRESENTATION.
