If anyone is curious, there is currently no real threat of AI taking developer jobs right now. Windsurf is a useful tool, but it is in no way capable of replacing people. Not for a few years, anyways.

They don't want good ideas or advice, they want to maximize profits and minimize people, which isn't good advice if you're planning on playing the long game and not just the next quarterly report.
