In my 4th or 5th dungeon in Landstalker. Besides the optional quest that kicked my butt, which dungeon did I get stuck in tonight? None. I got stuck in town cuz I couldn't see the NPC I needed to talk to was hiding in the background.
Figured it out but ugh.

Rolled credits on Shining Force. Mark another game off the Lifestream list (name pending). I enjoyed the story of Shining Force I better but I enjoyed the character interactions from Shining Force II more. Solid game.

Was watching a playthrough of Exile: Wicked Phenomenon for the PC Engine and oh man Working Designs really did a number on that dialogue.

Had to run back to town after leveling up Ken to level 12 only to boot him out for Musashi. Out of the original cast I sidelined Hans and Ken. Ken wasn't growing well.

The first Assassin's Creed game I played was actually Exile on the Mega Drive/Genesis.
I bought it at a rental store going out of business and kept it until the save battery on my cartridge died.
No sequels on Sega, it was a remake of XZR II that was on PC. It continued on the PC Engine.

Finished the second dungeon of Landstalker and started the 7th chapter of Shining Force.
Didn't realize I was playing SFII around the same time last year haha.
Landstalker controls are oof but I have the rewind function.
