The only con I see for having any fashion colored hair is that you become a target for nazis. Speaking from personal experiences. You'll notice my hair is still pink/purple/blue, I just carry a 9mm on my person at all times now.

3-6 months for standard police. However, some states only require 720 hours (1 month) of training. A cosmetology license takes 1,200-1,500 hours (1-2 months) of training, & that's after 9 months - 1 year of classes, some seek a 2-3 year apprenticeship after that as well. *some1 who dropped out

They've tried this, and it also doesn't work. Mostly because the systems in place are curated to fuck people. I used to be one paycheck away from being homeless, but with the way things are anymore, I am one missed shift from being homeless. I can't afford to try to make the changes I want to see.
