Als jemand, der beim Lieferdienst gearbeitet habe, finde ich solche Aussagen einfach nur widerlich. Gerade in der Weihnachtszeit kommen wahnsinnig viele Bestellungen rein und der Verkehr ist die Hölle. Zudem kommt es aufgrund von Krankheiten zu Personalmangel. Entitlement steht Ihnen nicht.
