Ah, that's really good to know.
The alcohol dyes feather out a lot so if you don't have a cut to stop it, it spreads.
I'm referring specifically to fiebings dye.
Not condusive to beautiful artwork like yours.
I think I might get some eco flo and start experimenting.

Do you use acrylics or alcohol dyes more? I ask because I use mostly alcohol but am thinking of using acrylics more, just wondered if you had a preference, and why?

Thanks, it was just what I had left over from another couple of projects and I needed the jars the dyes were in, so it made sense.

Sit your swivel blade at an angle so that the corner cuts in, you will get deeper cuts and be able to do tighter turns. Make sure your leather isn't too wet otherwise it will cut too deep or wrinkle and bunch.

Those colours work well together. Definitely worth keeping the silver if you can, it will really make the blues stand out wherever you use it. It sounds awesome just from those colour choices.
