I follow a few speech pathologist, they say he's in advanced end stage frontal lobe dementia.
The frontal lobe has atrophied to the point that he's lost the ability to automatically swallow saliva. His last interview it was really obvious and his slurping louder. Next up aspiration, pneumonia, 😵
