You don't get a prize if you lose weight with more suffering. You don't look better if you lose 50lb with diet and exercise vs losing 50lb with diet, exercise and meds. Why do people care? We're shamed if we're fat, we're shamed if we try and fail, or if we try with meds. We literally can't win.
