Bit of a cooldown. Also it hurts when it gets shattered instead of just put back. And limits to amount out.
Also it took them a *long* time and the help of a combat Thinker to figure out where all their weapons are and how to use them and they have to stretch so much.

OH and the weapons can be hand held but also telekinetically manipulated within a short range around them. Thus Shaker.
And they're fragile if attacked and shatter like glass but won't break under 'normal' use. (I.e. their warhammer won't smash itself on someone's head because that's what it's for)

Glassdoor is a Shaker who can 'knock' on their body and pull out glass weapons. What they get is dependent on where they 'knock.' Upper back? Halberd. Back left forearm? Scimitar. Shoulder blades? Wings.
