And they accuse us on the left of identity politics but it is they who keep alive cultural wars and identity politics. It is all they have. They have no other arguments or solutions that stand up to any kind of scrutiny. There's is a failed and discredited narrative.

He's right. They - the right - hate our city because it is living proof that what they say about inclusion and diversity is absolute bollocks.
