I think just as with any product it depends on the target demographic.

I find people defending the use of AI largely avoid arguments and actual debate because to argue in favour of genAI is often to make a case for it in a vacuum.

Their points are often intuitive whereas the nuance is often not. Rather than reply to questions in good faith, they stick with their gut.
