The “Avoidance Attachment” is referring to us becoming more vulnerable. We choose to ghost our dates and avoid from answering colleagues’ emails. Since we don’t need to take responsibilities for avoiding a difficult conversation, but exposing to more risks to ourselves to start a difficult talk.
