Love. Yes, The Chaos King cannot physically handle that feeling. So if someone ends up falling for him it would not go well. And there would be obstacles unfortunately with it but maybe with time he would get used to it.
Love potions do nothing to him at all, just make him very ill.

But one that probably would work a little better.
Aliens. He cannot handle direct gloved hands on whatever aliens have contact with them. His power will start lacking. It's a fear but also a weakness.

He has his own world called weird world. It's exactly how it sounds. He created the Eggman he fears in a comical accident of thinking he was going to eat him so now he does want to.
