How is it I get a four page User Manual for a $15 pizza stone but can’t get any basic instructions for tech purchases costing hundreds? $400 headset with incomprehensible instructions in pictures on a small piece of paper? And the little drawings don’t match the device? They earned the bad review.

Tech keeps making updates saying they are intuitive. I really wish they would make it obvious not intuitive. Intuitive means I’ll never figure it out. Intuitive means it will make no sense and will be impossible to understand. What’s wrong with proper instructions?

When you call a business to provide services to your home like a plumber or lawn service it would be nice if they didn’t go on and on about how difficult the job will be. Walls? Well that’s a problem. Fences on your property? Sorry no mowing for you. Sorry your dead tree is too far away to get out.
