Mixed brunch up today after our 10K walk. Instead of the usual tofu scramble, I made vegan Greek salad with Feta, veggie kebabs, hummus & tzatziki. All vegan &homemade. Big thumbs up 👍 from my partner. Leftovers too. Love experimentation. #VeganBrunch
