In the mid '00s I was rocking Wal-Mart clothes and shoes from Payless, I couldn't get nice clothes because my parents said I'd just outgrow them. Growing up in a backwoods town, I kind of stuck out because everyone else was wearing Carhartt before it became a luxury brand.
