I have found that compression socks for plantar fasciitis work well for providing extra support and reducing intermittent ankle aching and swelling caused by my prior severe injuries. Easier and more comfortable (IMO) than bandage wrap.

I also tried SSRIs - not great for me. Ultimately switched to Wellbutrin (Bupropion) which is an NDRI and have been good with that for many years. Fortunately, there are a good number of options, but sometimes it takes patience to find the right one.

Good point. When I say "normal" I mean that I think my reactions to negative/stressful situations are more in line with someone who doesn't struggle with anxiety and depression. 🫂🫂🫂

Exactly my experience... Took a few tries, but once we found the right medication for me, I feel what I think is "normal". I still get sad, still get anxious, but my ability to cope is better, and I don't catastrophize.
