No. Texas remains a conservative state. You win based on economics issues and ICE going after everyone, not just criminal illegals. You lose if you push liberal cultural issues, which she has done in the past.

No. She will lose conservative Hispanics in San Antonio and the regions south. She is culturally liberal which is fine in liberal areas. They are culturally conservative but open to being picked because the ICE fiascoes are threatening them too.

This will directly conflict with NY's shield law, put in place for just such a contingency. I believe this is the same doctor that Louisiana is trying to extradite to Louisiana.
