They're both a means to an end: to get your ideas out there. Only focusing on one will mean you can't get yourself unstuck. It's so easy nowadays to do both, with AI helping out immensely.

You have to give it to them, they're good at hyping ideas and making videos. The line between browser and OS has indeed become blurrier with time. I prefer using the browser for most tasks, instead of using a separate app. So for some people, the browser is the OS. Privacy is a concern though...
