Still kicking with #Nonowrimo and #Novelmber! So many things have stopped me from writing everyday, but I'm not giving up and at least writing during my breaks at work. Just about finished writing the second big action scene where my characters get found at the safe house.

I'm getting a bit of a new writer buzz thinking about how far I've gotten on this project. It's my first book. I don't plan on publishing or anything, but I'm getting the thrill I used to get when making art. I hate how long it took me to start, but at least I'm starting.

Far exceeded my word goal for #Novelmber 4th thanks to #ConcentrationCheck! I'm also feeling far more confident in my writing. Whether the story flows how I want to out of the gate or not, I'm not sure.
Either way, My main characters, code named Shrike and Magpie, are now settled in the safe house!

Just finished 1,700 words on #Novelmber 3rd! I feel like I'm finally hitting a stride where what I'm writing is passable. Writing my three main characters interacting has been a blast to write and I'm very excited for their relationships to progress.

#Novelmber Update! I barely scratched through with 1700 words yesterday and I'm already itching to rewrite it all. Like, it's my first book, but I didn't realize exactly how hard it would be to actually start writing. Anyway, I got 500 words done this morning and I'm about to crank through more now!

Since it's still Novel Writing Month, I thought I'd join in this year! With an actual outline already planned out! It's a mlm spy thriller about a baker who gets swept into a spy adventure. Just know that I'm a sucker for some good tragedy. Follow me while I figure this out!
