Yes, completely! I've just published the screenshots of the conversation with them. I don't know if the two are the same person or if they're a group, but they've both been blocked! I've seen that many people have fallen for this scam and lost access to their 4k follower accounts, it's really sad.

Never change your email address on the advice of a third party. if you have any suspicions, stop everything and go directly to the official sources.

The email they sent me was from a strange and unreliable domain. it was a scam. They wanted to trick me into handing over my account.

Never talk to the supposed "support" outside the platform.

I realized that this was no ordinary email, but an email linked to the Tor network and used as an anonymous email. It was then that I realized that my suspicions were correct and fortunately I didn't change my email and blocked them

that in order to "clear the reports from my profile" I needed to change my e-mail address to the one they suggested, which was this one > [email protected]

I contacted support who informed me that my account has several similar reports (probably from people who have experienced the same thing) and I could lose my account. Please be careful. I NEVER send messages to people, ALL my Dms were initiated by people never by me!!! (+3)

One person lost access to his account right after clicking on the link and when he managed to recover, he reported my profile by mistake and only realized the differences in the profiles after the report (+2)
