like i still get dysphoric. way less, but it still happens. but for me its shifted into much more of a social thing (ie, im a guy no matter what, but i want Other People to recognise that too). im 100% insistent that people gender me correctly, but itd be nice to not have to insist. just thinkin

i still have want top surgery and all the effects of t etc but i no longer have a part of my brain telling me im "not a real man" cause i dont have those things yet.

im not taking enough adhd medication because i get up too late in the day to not get insomnia from a full dose. and these are the quenchies (different way of saying consequences)
