You can try turning down the game speed in the training room and practice being very deliberate with your inputs then slowly bring it back up to full speed

If you're confident with your ability to do it in the practice room or even casual real matches but struggling under bracket pressure, unfortunately the only way I know to get better at that is to enter a lot of brackets and get used to being under pressure

LAPD getting shot with rubber bullets by LASD would be funnier if there weren't also a bunch of innocent people getting shot and gassed and trampled by police horses
LAPD and LA Sheriffs tried to prevent two large protests from joining together in downtown and both departments ended up hitting EACH OTHER with impact munitions from across the same interesection.

Many of the LA Sheriffs didn't have their gas masks on yet so the Sheriffs got gassed by LAPD
LAPD was on the radio crying about getting shot by rubber bullets by the sheriffs, so I'd say fair trade
