I can't keep doing nothing and seeing nothing done, so yeah.

I'm tired of complaining, and y'all are tired of hearing it. I gotta change my situation if they won't fix the issues I've told them about. I have to go by my own advice. As much as I like this job, I'm not happy here in its current state.

Anyway, I applied to two sales jobs and a bank job last night. I'll refresh my grocery store apps tonight or tomorrow, and then I'll see what happens. If I post anymore about dude, it'll be for documentation and data purposes.

He's been here three months and has had a serious complaint made against him weekly, if not more often. I know my place of work is hard to get fired from, but they fired a girl for yelling at her coworker last month and she didn't even start the argument.

I don't tolerate bigots. I am actively mean to them, but at work I have to be civil bc at this point they'd likely fire me first, since they've shown they don't wanna fire him yet, and I cannot figure out why.

They decided having a man employed who causes active harm to each of his coworkers was less an issue than how I work my station or how often I'm on my phone. I'm tired.
I go into work dreading his presence, or hearing any more stories of the bs he's pulling.

They're gonna be really mad when they figure out I'm on my phone bc I'm changing the song playing in my ear on the earbud they haven't noticed yet, lol.

Watching her interact with these creatures would just be me reliving shit, bc they were absolute muppets and I'm a fucking babe.
