I think a huge part of the problem Dems have is that we tend to preach responsibility and awareness where the GOP just tells people what they want to hear. Unfortunately most people would rather have the comforting lies than the much harsher and scarier truth.

They won’t. They enjoy following obvious liars and conmen. Look at the churches they attend. They love charismatic liars who tell them who to hate. Nothing trump could possibly do short of being involved with men or boys would possibly even slightly turn them away from him.

I figure I really don’t need more than a few because nobody is going to scroll through an entire essay 😂
