This is just the standard, single slot base. Not sure if there's one for the duo already, don't recall seeing one when searching for this. Presumably the layer could just be made a few mm thicker? Assuming all other dimensions are the same.

The standard PCIe cable isn't long enough. However this 50mm version is what I used shop.pimoroni.com/products/pci...

I then just ran it round the outside of the case.

Managed to find and 3D print an extra layer (www.thingiverse.com/thing:6572956 not designed by me) for my Pibow and use some longer bolts.
