He couldn't have reached for it because he was wearing a jacket that was almost down to the crotch of his pants, it was tight fitting and zippered up. Even if he needed his gun or wanted his gun, it was impossible for him to unholster it with that jacket on.

He's a nurse at the VA. He doesn't have any reason to buy a gun illegally, and there's nothing that would prohibit him from getting one. I would make a large monetary bet that it was his gun and he bought it from a firearms dealer and it's legit.

It is my duty as an American citizen to put my life on the line when our Constitutional democracy is threatened. They need to remember that when they try and cancel elections, and I guarantee that there's plenty of more of us that agree with me than there are of ICE.

I've had a gun that I had sold that was used in a crime 10 years after I owned it. FBI tracked it back to me because I was the original owner. They wanted to ask if I had wished to claim the weapon before they destroyed it? I felt sick, it was used in violence, I said go ahead, destroy it

Guns are not permitted to the individual. However, if you purchase the gun through an FFL (gun shop or proper channels), the federal government has your name associated with that serial number on the weapon.

End of the day, it's not a big deal what he was wearing on his hands. All that matters is to know that he got up that morning, put on warm clothes and some gloves, and went out to stand up for his Constitutional rights in the face of people who don't think he has any.

I'm a gun owner . You can't unholster a pistol that's on your hip or in your waistband when you're wearing a jacket that is almost down to the crotch of your pants, zipped up. It is an impossibility. Can't be done. Any one saying otherwise is a liar.
