Sounds overall good, I'm not sure how to pressure companies to do better. I considered hardening firefox alone but wasn't sure if I could reliably get that functionally setup

Librewolf comes pre-installed with Ublock conveniently enough. It's not too much of a hassle, and some of the specific settings like the one I temp-disabled have a unique tab for ease. It's also a straight up fork of firefox too, so is otherwise very similar. I like it a lot

Maybe, hard to tell. I've tried multiple images all with the same result. I used Krita to export one of them as a PNG and even tried downloading the image off of a direct website as opposed to saving it from here specifically to no avail. It's bizarre, I can't even get banners to work any better lol
