Hey Brandy! This was a great pick, we all need realistic goals when it comes to nutrition. Any diet needs full support because any droplet of doubt could make the whole experience negative. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

This is so important to weight management! It’s so difficult to manage such a journey alone, and it can get discouraging! Having a cheerleader on your side helps in so many ways, more than we know. Medical professionals should aim to do the same. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Hi Cristal! I’m on the same boat as you, being in a Latino household is difficult if you want to watch what you eat. The foods that we’re used to is a fatty/rich love language, so it’s hard to turn it down. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Hey Brandy! I was literally just looking at this website, I thought it was a very clear and understandable visual with examples on how to portion control. Very good for people of all ages to understand. Good choice! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Skylar! I wonder if the reason why this diet isn’t a long term solution is because people start to miss physically eating? Not to mention people who like meat (chicken, beef, etc) #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Hey Cindy! I’m with you, I used to eat fast food A LOT because it was quick and easy, and my love for McD’s fries is infinite. Making change is hard, opt for a slow approach! Or make your favorite fast foods from home, you’ll feel so much better about eating them if you made it!

Hi Gina! Good points about lack of fiber in our diets leading to health problems. Having fiber in your diet also helps feed your gut good bacteria, and keeps you full and energized for longer.

Hi Erika! I completely agree that randomized control trials are always iffy if not explained properly. You can always compare 2 random things, but that doesn’t mean that there’s any actual correlation between them.

Hi Micaya! I agree that clickbait is an easy telltale sign that something’s fishy about the article, especially one that promises to lose x lbs in x days. Making sure it’s posted by a credible nutrition source is also important too.
