This feature can be disabled by going to Invoicing -> Feedback and toggling 'Collect feedback' off there (on a business account, at least)
Apparently P*ypal now asks for customer opinions on accounts sending invoices.
If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.

Much like Yama, he will have variations to his outfit. As mentioned before too, when his illusion powers are fully active, the stripes on him open up to be eye spots!
