Cant blame you....he could be considered a bust for a top 5 pick...who so happens to explode in a very specific game (and a little more this season I guess)

Agree...may as well since this staff seems incapable of evaluating talent and Love has all the tools to be great...but having Brown and Brooks already in place is tougher sell

For many reasons, I love LOVE-hes electric ball and (like Gibbs a few years ago) can turn a 2-yard run into a 60-yard TD with a spin or a hurdle seemingly from nowhere.
But it's tough for me to get behind that pick with an inexistent pass rush and defensive backs (a strength of this draft)

Totally agree. I would extend that to the team. This Bengals team has zero margin for error on either side of the ball. The Offense must put up 30 (min), and no TOs to have a chance, and the Defense must be competent at least 2-3x per game (which has been rare). Thats another indictment of the FO
