It is obscene that DOT will not support vaccine requirements. Let's see: DOT funds city buses only in communities where kids don't have to get school shots. Unvaccinated kid incubating measles gets on city bus. Cancer patient on bus dies of measles. Thoughtless, heartless, idiots.
